Abhijit Ganguly is the Managing Director at TekVentures LLC, the corporate venture capital arm of Teknor Apex. Prior to joining Teknor, Abhijit served as the managing director of Goodyear Ventures, responsible for leading the venture fund through several startup investments, profitable exits and strategic projects between startups and Goodyear. Abhijit also spearheaded the acquisitions of a German and a Finnish technology company for Goodyear. In his previous roles, Abhijit led Goodyear’s Corporate Incubator focusing on IOT-enabled solutions businesses. Before joining Goodyear, Abhijit led growth initiatives in West Africa and Canada for Tega Industries, a global manufacturer of custom rubber and polyurethane products tailored towards the mining and materials handling industry. Abhijit holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Jadavpur University in Kolkata, India and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, NH. He has co-authored three articles on Business Model Innovation and is the winner of the 2015 Maurice Holland Award for his contributions in the field of Business Model Innovation. He is the co-recipient of multiple patents for IOT enabled solutions. Outside of work, Abhijit enjoys playing his acoustic guitar, cooking and golfing.
