Joe Inger

Biography

Joe Inger is a medical student at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Bates College. He then spent two years at Vanderbilt University working with Dr. Craig Lidsley focusing on developing small molecules for potential therapeutic applications in central nervous system disorders. Outside of his studies, Joe is an Innovation Fellow with the Brown Technology Innovations Office, and he co-leads the Jewish Medical Student Association, the Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Interest Group, the Medicine and Meditation Initiative, and the BioCON Lecture series. Joe grew up in Yarmouth, Maine and in his free time he enjoys spending time on the coast, making music, cycling, and endurance trail running.
